Just a brief letter to let you know how pleased my wife and I are with our new bathroom, it's amazing! Full marks to your fitters, Dan and Tom, they have made a great job of everything. They are most reliable and trustworthy, always arriving on time and keeping us informed as to the progress of the works. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. Also your site visits to monitor progress were most reassuring. I assume that you will supply the outstanding shower caddy when it becomes available. I am in receipt of your final invoice, payment of which should reach your account by Bank Transfer on Monday 30th January.
